Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is from a multicultural family. Her birthplace was in South London. Her father is Nigerian as well as Swiss, while the mother of her is English. She was born and raised in a council estate in the south of London. When she was fourteen, she was enrolled at The Brit School. She graduated with a BA in acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She was a part of various stage productions during her school days, including the King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe's acting journey began with Storm Damage. She's appeared as a guest for Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe landed her first motion picture in the 2007 Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. After that, she played Elisha in the single-episode BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN as well as appearing in the six episodes of Trexx and Flipside playing Ollie. In the ITV2 drama Secret Diary of a Call Girl featured her in 2008 playing Bambi. Madekwe was a part of the 2008 Comedy film How to Lose Friends & Affect People. Theatre credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe was a part of Ashley Davenport on ABC's drama The Beautiful Life. The two-episode series aired for just 2 weeks at The CW and then it ended. Ashley Davenport, a character in ABC's Revenge drama, was chosen for her as Ashley Davenport. Madekwe was a regular in the drama series on ABC Revenge in two episodes. It was revealed in May 2013 that she was set to be leaving the series following a guest episode in the first series of the 3rd. In 2014 and 2016, she starred in the role of Tituba on the show Salem. In June 2012, Madekwe got married to her long-time partner, actor Iddo Goldberg. They collaborated on Secret Diary of a Call Girl. He also played alongside Madekwe on Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress who was raised in a big family. Her parents were Patty and Roy Leggat. She was raised by her parents Roy and Patty as well as four brothers who were older than them: Brett, Todd and Bram twins, Rob, and Brett. Ashley's family, which is all athletes, play baseball during the summer and played hockey in winters. Ashley was never able to walk, but she danced. At the age of two, she began Baby Ballet and fell in the love. Ashley became passionate about dance immediately after that. Ashley was a top competitor in divisions in jazz, tap ballet, hip hop, the lyrical musical theatre, acrobatics and pointe until she graduated from high school. The major dance festivals, like International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance which have awarded her the honor of "top Soloist".
